Zhina Shiraz Rose

This Shiraz-Rose wine is dedicated to Zhina Mahsa Amini. On September 16th, 2020, while in custody, the morality police of the Islamic Republic of Iran brutally killed Zhina, a young Kurdish woman whose murder ignited the Woman, Life, Freedom movement. 

This wine is a tribute to the life and spirit of Yalda Aghafazli, a 19-year old Iranian artist who died tragically on November 11, 2022, shortly after being released from detention for her involvement in the Woman, Life, Freedom protests. Even after enduring torture, Yalda steadfastly rejected demands for repentance.
